After 5 days on this diet you should make a break of one week and then if you want you can repeat it.During this diet you should drink eight glasses of water, tea or freshly squeezed juice.
Breakfast ( it is same every day ) : A slice of watermelon and your favorite morning beverage (coffee, green tea).
Note : A slice of watermelon is from 300 to 350 grams

First day
Lunch: 100 g of boiled beef, 100 g of boiled rice with tomato sauce, a slice of watermelon
Dinner: 50 grams of cheese, a slice of toast bread

Second day
Lunch: toasted bread, 50 g cooked chicken or turkey breast, slice of watermelon
Dinner: 100 g of grilled fish, a slice of toasted bread, seasonal salad

Third day
Lunch: 30 g of spaghetti with cheese and tomato, slice of watermelon
Dinner: mixed salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions and lettuce, 50 g fresh cheese, a slice of watermelon

Fourth day
Lunch: bowl of soup with vegetables, a slice of toasted bread, 50 g cooked chicken meat, a slice of watermelon
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes with parmesan, salad, a slice of watermelon.

Fifth day
Lunch: 50 g of boiled beef with mushrooms, a slice of toasted bread, a slice of watermelon
Dinner: 50 g of fresh cheese, 2 slices of toasted bread, a slice of watermelon
