Healthy breakfast dessert
1.Put the blueberries and honey in a small pot over low heat until blueberries begin to release juice and
they soften.Remove then the pot and arange the hot mixture into into 4 bowls.
Leave to cool a little.
2.Over the mixture add a little yogurt and add a spoonful of cereal and cover them
3.On the top you can decorate with a couple of fresh blueberries, sprinkle with brown sugar and enjoy.
4.Instead of blueberries you can use also other berries (currants, raspberries, strawberries …), and instead of sugar
and honey you can use other sweetener or homemade jam.
200 gr blueberries
4 tablespoons honey
250 ml yoghurt
4 tablespoons corn or oat flakes
2 tablespoons brown sugar
