Healthy muffins with blueberries
170 g flour
7.5ml baking powder
2.5 ml salt
85 g oat flakes
240 ml yogurt
2.5 ml baking soda
60 ml milk
110-140 g brown sugar
90 ml coconut oil
150-200g blueberries or other fruits (adjust amount)
How to prepare it:
1.Prepare muffin molds and heat up the oven at 190-200 ° C.
2.In a small bowl mix flour,baking powder and salt together.Put aside.
3.Before putting it in the oven you should mix in large bowl oatmeal, yogurt and baking soda.
Add milk, egg, sugar and oil. Mix well with a spoon / ladle.
4.Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.Mix gently the ingredients till they
get one mixture.Add the fruit at the end.
5.Immediately put into molds and bake 20-25min or until the tops do not get slightly brown.
