Healthy unleavened bread

nutritional bread too.This bread is actually without wheat flour.These type of
bread can only be found in healthy food stores,but most of the time those are small quantities that are sold very fast.
The preparation of this delicious and healthy bread is so simple and you will need only few ingredients.
60 gr brans
40 gr flaxseed
50 gr sesame seeds
50 gr sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
0.5 teaspoon salt
all this should be mixed with
3 teaspoons coconut oil or any other oil
150 gr creme fraiche or any other sour cream
How to make it
1.Mix all ingredients and pour them in small bread mold covered with baking paper.
2.Bake 45 to 55 min at 180 degrees, depending on the oven.
3.Remove from the pan to cool and cut the bread into thin slices.
