Number of obese people quadrupled

Number of obese adults in developing countries almost quadrupled if we compare it with statistics from 1980 and now we have almost billion obese people,according to the new research by British scientists.
Analysis made by “Overseas Development Institute” states that every third person in the world is now overweight and it appeal on the government to have more influence on the diet of the population.
They are also predicting a large increase in the number of heart attacks and strokes,as well as cases of diabetes.
The percentage of adults in the world who are obese increased from 23 to 34 percent between 1980 and 2008,according to the British BBC.
Most of these cases have been recorded in developing countries,particularly those in which there is an increase of income,such as Egypt and Mexico.
Total 904 million people in developing countries is now classified as obese with a body mass index greater than 25, which is a huge increase in comparation with the 1980 year.In the same period,the developed countries registered a 557 million obese,while the global population has almost doubled.
