You don’t eat enough calories

The first meal of the day should have about 300 to 400 calories.If you are trying to lose weight, stick to 300 to 350 calories, and if you just keep the weight or go to the gym, eat 350 to 400 calories.This breakfast should fill you up until lunch.

You skip some macronutrient

What you eat is more important then how much you eat.Every meal should consist of four ingredients – protein, fiber and healthy fats that will give you a feeling of satiety, as well as carbohydrates give us energy.The ideal ratio is about 13 to 20 grams of protein, 40 to 55 grams carbohydrate, about six grams of fiber and 10 to 15 grams of dietary fat.
